Milly Alcock
Milly Alcock, all’anagrafe Amelia May Alcock (Sydney, 11 aprile 2000), è un'attrice australiana.
È nota per l'interpretazione della giovane principessa Rhaenyra Targaryen nella serie televisiva HBO House of the Dragon (2022) e di Megan "Meg" Adams nella serie televisiva Upright (2019-2022).

Milly Alcock è nata e cresciuta a Sydney, in Australia.[1]
Nel 2014 fa il suo debutto in televisione nella serie australiana Wonderland.[1] Nel 2017 prende parte alla miniserie High Life ed alla serie Janet King.[2] L'anno seguente debutta sul grande schermo nella pellicola horror The School. Nel 2019 è protagonista della serie Upright, con il quale si è aggiudicata il "Casting Guild of Australia Rising Star Award".[3][4]
Nel 2022 veste i panni della giovane principessa Rhaenyra Targaryen, nella serie HBO House of the Dragon, prequel de Il Trono di Spade,[5][6] ruolo che le vale una candidatura ai Critics' Choice Television Award come miglior attrice non protagonista in una serie drammatica.[7] Nel 2023 è la protagonista del video di Easy Now, singolo dei Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds distribuito il 17 gennaio, mentre e nell'autunno dello stesso viene messo in scena al Gielgud Theatre il suo debutto sulle scene londinesi nel ruolo di Abigail Williams ne Il crogiuolo di Arthur Miller.[8] Nel gennaio 2024 viene scelta come nuova interprete di Supergirl per il prossimo lungometraggio Superman: Legacy, primo capitolo del nuovo DC Universe.[9][10] Successivamente dovrebbe riprendere il medesimo ruolo da protagonista, nel film dedicato alla supereroina DC Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, ancora in fase di pre-produzione.[10][11]
